[ It'd been a little longer than she'd wanted to wait for this, but she knew that she and Ange both were pretty close to Steve. He had a lot of friends, but Yuri wasn't close enough to most of them to really worry about inviting them over to just.. well, talk. Make sure they were okay. At the very least, she could do that with Ange. She would've gone over to Ange's world, but that would've run the risk of any of the other people from Rokkenjima on the community coming and bothering them.

Not that she'd even told Ange too far in advance that she was coming over. A quick private message via the comm that she was coming for her was all the notice Ange would get before Yuri would arrive and worldhop (now that she'd managed to fix it, anyway) her over to the afterlife. ]

seriously, Yuri, did you have to put it that way-- well, not like it wasn't sort of obvious between the two of them either way, but it's actually like that for sure, huh? She can assume what would fall under that 'anything' if she's looking like this, after all.

[ For once it feels like she's having the upper hand here, with Yuri being all.. well, flustered while she's the calm one. Not that Ange is really the type to exploit that though, so she just shrugs as well as she can with the bag in her arms. ]

My lips are sealed, if that makes you feel any better. I don't see why I should proclaim what's between you and Battler onii-chan to the entire community either way. It reeks of bad gossip magazines.

It felt wrong to keep at least the fact that they were a little more than friends from her. She didn't need to know anything else, just... ] Have you been camping before?

[ As if she doesn't notice that quick topic change. Not that she comments on it, but still, it's pretty obvious. Be glad Ange is nice enough (or more like cares about you enough) to go along with it, Yuri. ]

[ Hey, she did the right thing and at least let Ange know before it seemed like they were going behind her back!! Nobody else gets to know, but family's important to Yuri so if Battler's got a problem with Ange knowing, he can deal with it. Everybody else it's none of their business.

Yuri looks like she's about to walk into a tree while she's still going backward here btw. ]

What if you'd gone with that bodyguard you told me about?

[ ssh, it's okay, not like Ange would go up to Battler and be like 'so hey, what were those makeouts like' or anything. You're safe, Yuri. ]

He would just have tried to cop a feel if I did, that idiot pervert. [ she frowns at the thought, but instead she calls out-- ] Two steps to the right, Yuri.

[ Yuri takes two steps to the right without even glancing back or hesitating. She trusts Ange. ]

One of these days, we should hop back to your world and play a huge prank on him.

[ She has her back, okay! And she's still watching out for trees, but it should be good like this for a bit more, at least. ]

Like what kind of prank? It should be something clever. He's pretty sharp, so it isn't that easy to pull it off with him. Not as easy as it'd be with.. well, someone like onii-chan or something. [ aka an idiot. ]

It'd be a lot easier to pull off because we have the element of surprise. For example, I'm sure he doesn't know about worldhops. Plus I'm dead. We could use me and maybe some other members of the SSS and play a zombie prank.

And what exactly do you see as a 'zombie prank'?

... One to the right.

Obviously, when he wakes up, you run in looking like you've got a bite on your leg and start screaming about zombies. He'll probably try to turn the TV on, so we can have a pre-recorded video of someone doing a news report and getting killed by zombies. Just then, I'll lead a team composed of the SSS into the house and start trying to get into your home. He can fight us and shoot us or whatever, but we'll keep coming. Suddenly, fake zombie apocalypse until he fights his way out of the house screaming about killing zombies and everyone looks at him like he's a lunatic.

[ ... Yuri, your plans.. It should say something that Ange isn't even surprised to hear something this elaborate. ]

But what about afterwards? It's not like we can have him running around screaming about zombies forever, especially since he really did see people getting hit yet not dying.

That's where you just ask him what he's screaming about and pretend it never happened. Except for the bite, you won't have any evidence of it, and you can just say that you came in to complain about someone spilling paint on you. Just make sure to smudge it at some point before you do this so it doesn't look like a bite anymore.

You sure sound like you have a lot of experience with this, Yuri. Is the zombie plan one of the SSS's specialities?

No, I just made it up right now.

[ How do you think all of her plans get made up? ]

Sometimes I really wonder how your brain works.

[ not necessarily negatively meant.. mostly just neutral, really. ]

Either way, it's probably for the best to not play a prank on him. I haven't seen him in quite a bit either way, not since right after.. [ 'I died', she wants to say, but in this situation with Steve and all those words only feel weird, so she swallows them. ]
