RL with Ange;
[ It'd been a little longer than she'd wanted to wait for this, but she knew that she and Ange both were pretty close to Steve. He had a lot of friends, but Yuri wasn't close enough to most of them to really worry about inviting them over to just.. well, talk. Make sure they were okay. At the very least, she could do that with Ange. She would've gone over to Ange's world, but that would've run the risk of any of the other people from Rokkenjima on the community coming and bothering them.
Not that she'd even told Ange too far in advance that she was coming over. A quick private message via the comm that she was coming for her was all the notice Ange would get before Yuri would arrive and worldhop (now that she'd managed to fix it, anyway) her over to the afterlife. ]

[ She didn't even know if one was out here. It's not like she just went around exploring ever inch of land they have. ]

[ Oh look, there's a nice little opening in the trees with some little field!? That works. ]

Even if this isn't a swamp, it should do, right? Maybe we'll discover a frog or two all the same, they must be attracted to witches.

[ As much as she didn't mind them, it wasn't like she wanted to sleep with them. Yuri put down what she was carrying too, though a little more gently. ]

I guess I'll have to live with that then for taking the risk. [ .. give her a moment to.. stare though.. ] Hey, Yuri. You know how to set up a tent, right?
[ Because Ange doesn't at all.. ]

[ They didn't have tents in medieval times, Ange, you can deal with it!! ]
That way we can sit and watch the... [ Stars? They couldn't really be stars, this was the afterlife. It wasn't a real.. physical place in the universe, was it? ]
Huh. Maybe they're dead stars? The ones that supernova'd long ago or something.

I guess it isn't as dangerous to camp out in the open in a place like this the way it would be back home. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't wake up anymore if I tried to pull it off there.

[ tsun.. ]
And probably the former. Amakusa's getting paid to protect me, killing me would be pretty counterproductive to his paycheck. [ except not. ]

Well in that scenario I was thinking he would try to molest you while you were asleep, except you were sleeping on a cliff so when you hit him and got up you accidentally went the wrong way.
[ Duh. Why can't you read minds Ange? ]
no subject
That actually sounds more likely than what I had in mind. [ she even sounds a little serious.. but yes, talking about Amakusa is the best way to troll her and make her a little less deadpan, really. ]
No doubt that guy would try to molest me in my sleep though if we'd be in an area with less people, ugh. Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

I still don't get why you don't fire him if you don't feel safe with a guy who's in charge of your safety.

Like I told you, I don't go over that sort of thing at all. Okonogi-san is the only one who can fire him for real, and he won't let me go around without a babysitter even if I'm already 18.

.. So, is this what you always do when you go camping, Yuri? Figure out conspiraries even across worlds?
