[ Hey everyone! Steve got his experiment and it succeeded and he isn't dead! So, as promised, here is the little get together for Steve and the friends that he managed to list before Yuri got tired of him slowly adding everyone he's ever met. It's really nothing special, but Yuri managed to obtain a barbeque, different drinks are set up on a table (oddly, all either bottled or canned-- water, coffee, juice boxes, and a 12-pack of Cola because she promised Steve she'd get Cola). Make sure you put whatever food you're bringing on the table too, it's a potluck!

Shortly before the date of the party, everyone should've gotten a private message that it was today, even if they didn't read Yuri's two posts mentioning it. ]

[Battler gives her a brief thumbs up before he points at her bathing suit.]

At least you're not trying to wear your cape with normal clothes, that would look even sillier than normal.

Well if you're going to try you should at least try in private so that no one sees you looking absolutely goofy if it doesn't turn out right.

[ Going to just get some FOOD now. Because she just got rejected for the two of them being in private with the cape. She gets a juicebox too and is gonna start walking off to find somewhere to eat now. ]

I'm not mad, I've just decided that you can go in private away from the rest of the party to be in your cape alone.

[ Her tone doesn't even sound mad at this point, she's over it. >8| Go kiss yourself Battler it's not like you being dressed in a sexy way made her want to kiss you or anything geez. ]

And I say "moron" because you're still the biggest moron I know, so it only seems fitting. [ n_n Not mad at all nope. ]

Well he quickly looks around and then goes closer to her, grabbing her wrist.]

Sorry-... but if the offer still stands I'll take it.

[ She gives him the dullest look. ]

The mood to be helpful has already disappeared on account of the helpee suffering from chronic stupidity.

I guess you'll just have to start going along with everything I say! [ Obviously obviously~ Okay but no seriously. ] Just use your brain; why would I actually want to help you try on a cape in private to save your dignity? I have no problem utterly destroying your dignity in front of everyone.

[He lets go of her wrist and crosses his arms.]

I guess I will.... and I guess you would do something like that to me, I'm sorry. But if you don't come along now... I might not let the cape come back between the two of us for a while.

[ She narrows her eyes slightly, mostly looking unamused but she gets a devious kind of smile as she steps toward him again.

[He jumps back a bit at that look- holy shit!]

What, you don't want to anymore~? I guess I finish my meal then since I won't be tasting anything else if you're not interested. [ Reaching for one of the pieces of food on her plate. ]

[chestboard]

[Grabs her hand before it reaches the plate!!!]

I want to. [determined stare!!!]

Go put my food down on the table then and I'll go find a good spot. You can just teleport next to me once I do right?

[chestboard]

[He nods, taking her plate and sauntering on over to the table 8|]

[ She keeps her juicebox though. :| She's drinking this and she's going to taste like apple juice dwi. She's heading off to a more forested area... close enough that they can at least see the party site in case anyone needs anything, but in a well.. hidden spot. So they don't get busted. ]

[OH YURI~!

And viola, soon he's teleported in front of her, a cloud of butterflies around him. He glances around, making sure this is indeed a good spot.]

You think we'll get caught?

If we do, you assaulted me in a fit of madness caused by eating Ange's cookies. [ She crosses her arms. That's that. Problem solved. ] But I don't think we will. There's a lot of leaves on the ground over here, we'll probably hear if someone comes...
