Does anyone know any magic that can make it so that someone's bored no matter what they do, even things that they used to get a good laugh out of? Is there a way that someone without magic could do that to someone with magic?

I've been trying to think of the worst possible punishment game I can for someone and the kind of person this would be for. It took a while to decide on, but I think something like this might be it.

[ You know, now that she knows Ange is alive and she doesn't have to worry about respecting any wishes like Ange always getting mad at her for doing stupid shit or putting herself in danger. ]

Hmm... Is there a potion or something? Even if I don't have magic, I can find a way to pay you back for a potion that's premade right?

A Puella Magi with the power of telepathy may be able to do it, but it would be a constant thing and you would have no way to pay or convince her.

Curses, hexes and what might be considered 'conventional' magic do not exactly exist in my world.

Could I ask what this is needed for?

If it'd have to be a constant effort it wouldn't work anyway.

Easy, I want to completely torment someone without inflicting any actual pain other than severe boredom.

Not much. I can make things using atomic restructuring, but since I'm dead and there's not much left in my world, I don't have a lot to offer unless you need a skill of some kind. I'm good at doing things.

She's the kind of person who gets a good laugh out of exploding little sisters and thinks it's boring when people are upset about it.

Some manner of preventing a repeat of such events in the future, rather than risk igniting a revenge cycle, if you see what I mean.

Well she's immortal and has stupid cheater magic powers. Witches hate being bored more than anything from what I understand.

I need them inspired to break free of their bonds. Perhaps you could give me ideas for an inspiring speech.

And what would she do if you succeeded?

Tell me a little more about the situation? What kinds of bonds they're trying to break from, what's at stake, what they stand to gain, what they want, what they're afraid of when it comes to breaking free, that sort of thing.

Wither up into a bored old prune, maybe. I can't attack her though and I'm not stupid enough to try to get her involved in a game.

[ She can be stupid, but not that stupid. Plus she's gotten warned multiple times about getting involved with Bernkastel. Even this would probably get her in trouble if certain people saw. ]

What's she going to do to me? I'm already dead, the people she could go after to hurt me are already her enemies, and she'd probably find it boring to go after me anyway if it works.

The wizards in my world have this law in place called the Statute of Secrecy. It forces all of us to remain in hiding from the majority of the non-magical human world. They fear that the ones without magic - the Muggles - will use, torture or murder witches and wizards as has happened in our long past history. Centuries ago.

But times have changed and the ignorant fears must end. If I can get enough wizards in agreement that we must have our freedom to exist beyond the walls of our self-imposed cages then it will be a smooth transition to a Golden Age for all. There could be peace and harmony, once Muggles learn their proper place and are taught that we will not be so easily trifled with.

So a stirring speech to help wizards rise up against those who would oppress us.
