[ The video flickers on with Yuri sitting in what looks like a nurse's office, in the bed. She's dressed in a pair of pink pajamas. Something seems a little bit different about her, somehow. Not wrong, or bad, just.. different. She's got her laptop on her knees and she smiles to the community. ]

Everything turned out okay, you can turn off your worried frowns before you get wrinkles. I have to go see everyone else off in a little bit, but I've got a bit of time right now so I figured I'd let everyone know I was okay. Did I miss anything important?

You can't exactly tell people 'I'll be completely gone sooner or later' and then tell them 'don't worry' in practically the same breath, Yuri.

[ It's just difficult to accept. Even if she's known it for a longer time, it was just.. surreal, something that just wouldn't happen if she wouldn't think about it. ]

[tenminutes]

Ange, it's not very different than if I were alive. I could easily just die the next day. The real difference is just that died a lot sooner than anyone here seems to really realize. You know, so you can prepare I guess.

[ Maybe it won't hurt as badly. That's what Yuri hopes anyway. And.. ]

You'll be okay by the time I do though, promise.

[ Because she'll have Battler. She won't have lost everything, so.. that's at least one thing to hold onto. ]

[entreats]

[ She knows it, honestly. It's true, anyone could die at any moment, but still, she's just so desperate to not lose any more people close to her. And Yuri is practically her best friend, right? A sister figure too, in some sort of way, so just the thought of losing her too, just like she lost her family even though she can see Battler now lik this.. ]

.. Sorry to say, but I doubt that. [ Even Ange herself knows she never gets over things, okay. ]

[tenminutes]

I'm sorry.

[ For getting close, maybe. Because she knows it's going to hurt. Just like it'll hurt Battler eventually, but.. He'll understand, right? This is one of the reasons she didn't want to get close in the first place. Why she told everyone she was dead as an icebreaker, practically. ]

It won't be for a while, at least.

[entreats]

It's okay. [ Even as she says that, she honestly doesn't mean it. Nothing about this is okay in any way. If anything, her tone sounds like a very defeatist one - the 'I'm used to this either way' kind of tone. ]

I just should've thought more about it before, I guess.
