You know I don't give a damn about that stupid red magic stuff. I already know that there's always loopholes in everything, I learned that much from you.

To tell him it'll be okay and that she still loves him, but she knows that'll just end up with him not taking her words seriously. ]

[what more can be said here? she doesn't trust him anymore, she won't believe in him, she's not on his side at all, and to top it off she said she'll still stay here and save him but there's no way she'll go back to trusting him. it was all like a punch in the face, and he didn't know what to do.

[ It hurt a little that despite everything, it wasn't that he was going to back down or reconsider her opinion at all. That he was more than content to lie to her than consider other possibilities.
