[ Hey everyone! Steve got his experiment and it succeeded and he isn't dead! So, as promised, here is the little get together for Steve and the friends that he managed to list before Yuri got tired of him slowly adding everyone he's ever met. It's really nothing special, but Yuri managed to obtain a barbeque, different drinks are set up on a table (oddly, all either bottled or canned-- water, coffee, juice boxes, and a 12-pack of Cola because she promised Steve she'd get Cola). Make sure you put whatever food you're bringing on the table too, it's a potluck!

Shortly before the date of the party, everyone should've gotten a private message that it was today, even if they didn't read Yuri's two posts mentioning it. ]

No, I've only gone fishing in here before.

Do you catch big fish? Are all the fish huge?

No, just that one, really. Most of them are normal. I like getting to eat ones this big. [ She holds her hand to about ten inches. ]

Exactly! Those are the ones I like to catch so I can eat them. Anything else I'll throw back.

You catch a lot? Are you a good fisher?

Why would I catch a lot? I just catch one or two when we come down here for food.

I thought maybe you'd fish for fun too.

Not really. Sitting around all day waiting for some fifsh to tug on a piece of string isn't my favorite thing to do.

I've never been fishing. I always thought it was supposed to be relaxing or something.

It's pretty boring, actually. It's a different way to get food and some of the SSS has fun doing it so I don't mind tagging along, getting my food, and getting out while they stick around.

That is definitely not as exciting as this geezer made it sound when he told me about it once.

You didn't know that it's literally just standing around waiting for something to bite a worm on a hook? Sometimes for hours if the fish aren't hungry?

There aren't any sharks here. I don't know that killing that big fish would really be worth it either, what would we do with it?
